Hi all, I had a dead Cue (2013 XTS), all the lights out including AC/Heat controls. Steering wheel was dark too. I tried all the things mentioned here, with no luck. I tried this and it came back to life:

With car turned off, I took out both fuses related to the radio/dashboard.

I started the car with these two fuses out.

Ran the car for a few minutes.

Turned off the car.

Put the fuses back in.

Started the car.

Cue came back to life!

Yippee!!

Just had to share this tip. Happy New year and safe driving to all.

I have lost the CUE screen a couple of times. Once while driving the other day. I heard some noise and then the audio/BT stopped and screen went black. It rebooted a short time later w/o having to stop. I was on the NJ Parkway at the time. The other times CUE just didnt come up when I started the car. I turned the car off; waited about 5 minutes hoping the system would shutdown. After waiting a bit I restarted the car and CUE came up normally. I will report it for the record next time I get service and I doubt they will do anything.
