I have a 1998 Cadillac DeVille.. i have just bought a Pioneer Avic N2 Navigation and DVD Player which will take the place of my radio.. i need to take my dash off to install all this.. any safe way to take this thing off.. a tutorial or something that any one knows of? please help me out and let me know..

Why do you need to take your dashpad off to install the unit in you stoc radio location? Should be able to pop off the trim ring around the headunit (held in my plastic tabs that surround the radio itself and work from there, but if you still want the dash pad off, you pull out the plastic vent deflectors and there are bolts in those holes. You then take the plastic window vent off and there should be 3 bolts up in that area. Should pull right off from there.
