Cylinder order

I have a misfire in Cylinder 2... I know the cylinders run 2,4,6 on one side, and 1,3,5 on the other. Which side are odd numbers and which side is even? Does the lowest number start by the front bumper, or the firewall? Please use driver and passenger side when explaining (not left and right) to avoid confusion. Thanks guys

Cool but what did you do to fix it? As for me 09' CTS 6cyl di . I replaced the ignition coil on cylinder 2. Purrs like a kitten now. It is amazing how bad the engine runs when you drop a cylinder. Don't forget to polish that Cadillac symbol on the front of the grill.
