The touch screen does not respond. The radio is working just fine, and the steering wheel selection buttons work. Does anybody else have this problem?
I think there is a good chance that you may be covered by the warranty.I'm having the same problem with my 2013 SRX. Tried the hard reset, worked the first time and went back to not responding to the touchscreen. I am at 52k, so I am out of warranty. Does anyone know if because it is a known problem that Cadillac will cover it
