Need some quick help - my wife called me and her CUE system as well as the digital screen display under the speedometer have gone out. Rest of the vehicle is working just fine.

Anyone encounter this before?

She had it happen this morning and tried it again this afternoon with no change.

I experienced my screen going blank once a few weeks ago. The radio still played and the cluster displayed my settings. After stopping and restarting the CUE came back on. There is a TSB on it your dealer should be aware. I had a service appt for an oil change and while there my dealer updated the CUE per the TSB and no issue since. He also updated my cluster due to a recall I was not aware of. The write up on my invoice is: 2880168 reprogram HMI module with navigation. 10063 program software update radio to correct screen was blank, claim code 805a8. The cluster was 9101211 reprogram cluster 55Wg94.

I had my screen blank out twice. I thought it was the hidden comparment not closed fully (when opened, the screen blacks out). HVAC and radio buttons below touchscreen still work, same as steering wheel controls. DIC in dash still works. Restarting vehicle brings it back to life.

Good to know there is a service bulletin. Will mention to my dealer next time I'm in.
