last Sunday I did the over the air update for 22.10 although I wasn’t having any problems with cue including no grayed out presets. I’ve been putting this off for at least a month as cue was working fine and I didn’t want any bugs from the upgrade. I finally gave in as the notice for the upgrade kept coming up on my cue so I let the over the air update happen while in my driveway. After 12 minutes it said update complete, I started the car and guess what I had?.....grayed out presets! I figured it may need some time to think about what it had done and I‘ll see what’s up when I drive again this weekend and report back.

If I am not mistaken, after you perform the update you have to go back and reset all your selected presets.

I still have one preset that is grayed out and can’t delete, it’s the Led Zeppelin channel, which apparently is no longer a viable channel as it doesn’t show up on the sirius Xm channel list, hence cue won’t let me delete the channel. This also prevents the steering wheel channel change button from getting past that grayed preset. Anyone have any ideas on how to remove this preset?

I removed mine by selecting a number of presets that would get me to that one, the new preset replaced the old preset.

You can also try selecting another station on that preset and than try deleting it or check and see if the steering wheel select will now allow you to get pass the new station.

Ok, got it fixed, it was as simple as tuning to a new station I wanted to save and then pressing the grayed preset. Before, I was trying to delete the no longer available station thru the browse menu which I couldn’t do obviously because it wasn’t there. Duh!

That is what I meant but perhaps did not explain it correctly, but I am glad you got it figured out.
