CUE screen repair

The Cue screen, even after several resets, was non-responsive. Googled and found Circuit Board Medics and they offered refurbishing for $249.00. +return shipping. They have a great video on taking the screen out and I was amazed at how easy it was to remove. Console trim, cup holders and speaker cover installed with clips, easily removable with a plastic trim tool. Only (6) 7mm screws and then (3)wires.
Not sure who else may have done this, but I’ll post the results after installation.

Not to second guess your decision (but I obviously am), www.cuescreens.com offers a non-gel based screen that is immune to the kind of damage the OEM screen is susceptible to at considerably less than what you're spending. They also include the tools in some of their kits and have an excellent step-by-step video guide on YouTube. Nevertheless, good luck. I hope it works out for you.

Thanks, not sure what Circuit Board replaces it with, but they say it is significantly better than the original?
