I have a 2014 CTS and I'm having problems with playing music off my phone with the cue. I can play one song but when it goes to the next song I can't hear it but its playing. So I have to switch to the radio then back to the media player to hear the song and have to do that multiple times every time I switch songs.

How is the phone connected? Bluetooth or plugged in? Try the other way and see if you get the same results.

I'm using the bluetooth.

Haven't heard of this before. Is your OS up to date on your phone? Not sure what to tell you but it seems like maybe a phone issue since it works plugged in.
