Looking to purchase a Doughnut Type Spare Tire for a 2005 CTSV. I do not know the Bolt Pattern for the Wheel but the Wheel should be a 6 Bolt Wheel and a 18 Inch Tire. The car did not come with a spare tire. I saw a Cadillac SRT-V8 with 18 inch Wheels on it and it had a 18 Inch Doughnut Type Spare wheel and Tire underneath the Rear Body and the Wheel had 6 Holes. I don't know if the bolt pattern is the same.

I think he's referring to the SRX. I don't think that the SRX spare will clear our calipers. A lot of us who ditched our run flats picked up an extra rim and mounted our least bald run flat on it so we could have a full size spare. Some have even gone so far as to get the CTS jack and tire tools from GMPD.

Ebay can get you the spare rim, search ("Jack" in CTS-V forum) can get you the part numbers for the jack and accessories to order from GM parts direct if you so desire to go that route.

As of this moment there is no confirmed (with pics) or even rumored/suggested "doughnut" spare that will fit a CTS-V. This due to offset, clearing of brake calipers/rotors and balance of rim and rubber.

Just get a real spare and throw it in the trunk - it fits!

I bought an adaptor that bolts to the CTS-V hub and converts to any 5 bolt wheel. What we need is a temp spare with a 16-18" rim. THe stock CTS donut doesent fit. It hits the caliper. I havent had time to fish for another wheel.
As was said, you can use the stocker but its heavy along with the jack.
A donut would be nice.

For those considering non-runflat tires, just remember that there are alot of car nuts just like us, changing perfectly good tires at the drop of a hat. When I got my Toyo T1Rs, I gave the tech guy my extra wheel and $20 and he mounted a nearly perfect radial in stock size for my spare well. There is no need to pop for a 5th high dollar tire. Plus, forget the cheezy jack and get a AAA card. Life is too short to change tires.

Those hideous doughnuts do save space and they are lighter. But seeing one on a V? The horror!

Nope. You put the spare in the recessed area underneath the trunk floor ... jack fits there, too. Up here where we have to go with A/S tires in the winter, I'm planning on just using one of my F1s on stock rim as a spare with Avons for winter installed on a set of Mille Miglias. Dreamin' posted a beautiful exploded view of what you need for the spare. Check it out on FAQ. I do agree, though, a doughnut would indeed be the berries.:worship:
