CTS "Whine" in Indianapolis

OK, so it isn't just me..I purchased an '04 CTS a few weeks ago and thought I was just being paranoid regarding the 'whine' and 'clunks'. I've got 10k left on the original 48k warranty and will have it serviced soon. Does anyone have any experience with the dealers in the Indy area? I'm looking for someone that I can trust to give me an honest opinion of the tranny situation.
