Hey guys,
I went to the LA Auto Show today and took pictures of the CTS-V. Cadillac was really dumb and had the car on a pedestal which meant that nobody could sit in it. They refused to open the hood or trunk. Sorry, these were the best images I could get.

There is also a movie of the Car in AVI format.

I thought the V (in Black only came with a black interior with suede inserts? The Silver with grey. Also the previous cars had a Black engine cover. Huummm strange I guess they change a few things.

Did that car have suede on the seats?

They're all dark pewter interior with suede inserts, I believe.
Not too many choices on the V. Pick from black or silver for the exterior and check if you want XM radio or not. At least this is what I've read.

Hmm. Suspicious.
I bet it's just a car they threw together for the show... would explain why they don't let anyone near it. Normally you can look over and sit in the production cars(at least that's how it works at NAIAS), odd that Cadillac isn't letting anyone near the V seeing as it is supposed to be out real soon. Last year they let show goers in Detroit manhandle the XLR, and that was months before it's release...

Maybe it's tan so it could be seen better from behind the ropes. Dark Pewter would be hard to make out details on from that distance...

Yeah i saw it the day before in dc (they must have a few) and it was all locked up and not being demoed or anything....there was some idiot on a rotating platform talking about the xlr though (they had one on a platform and one you could sit in and play with), he was annoying and uneducated

Explanation why you could not sit in the "V" by a way to attractive skinny model woman: They are not in production yet, so we cant have everyone climbing all over this one. - THIS IS B.S.

Options on the CTS-V are the following:

Sunroof yes/No
Exterior Color: Raven Black/ Light Platinum silver
INterior colors: Ebony with Dark gray inserts/ Tan with inserts

Nav is STANDARD and XM may or may not be an option.- I think this is standard because XM comes with the NAV on the base CTS.

The car did have suede inserts on the seats that looked darker tan than the seats (see picture 2- driver seat front).
