Those heads are near the bottom of the ported-head pack from a flow perspective. Look elsewhere.

They did a set of heads for a 700rwhp 300ZX build that were simply sensational. I would go back to them in a heartbeat.

Long ago I built a 383 for my '64 Sting Ray (which I wish I still owned of course) using Brodix heads, which I thought were really, really amazing. Has anyone considered them? Are they even a good choice for our application?

Referring to the Brodix? Yes, I recall them being pretty pricey. That sure seems like lot of flow though. . .
