FYI--I'm holding a garage sale over on LS1Tech here. I need to clear out some apartment space for my engine build. If you guys are missing parts, or want to upgrade cheaply, you may find something you need. There's also an insane collection of Eibach springs that I want to get rid of.

Cheers,

~Ryan

Edit: Pictures are located in a later post (below). I'll keep adding pictures as I have time.

  1. Stock CTS-V wheels, with varying degrees of curb rash. $50-100 OBO. Make great spares/winter wheels. Will have pictures up as I clean the plasti-dip off them. Note: these wheels do NOT include tires.
  2. LS7 clutch with about 15,000 miles on it. Includes 13 lb aluminum Fidanza flywheel with about 5,000 miles on it. Both are in great working order. Will include a set of ARP LS1-style pressure plate bolts. $350 shipped OBO.
  3. Hotchkis HSS-2280 sway bar kit. Does not include brackets or bushings--when the original set wore out, I replaced them with greasable Energy Suspension bushings with Zerk fittings. You will need to purchase one Energy Suspension 9-5165R (red) or 9-5165G (black) kit ($16 on Summit) for the 32mm front bar and one 9-5161R (red) or 9-5161G (black) kit ($16 on Summit) for the 25mm rear bar. The OEM bolts are re-used. The HSS-2280 kit includes a propretary pair of stand-offs that "fix" our weird front mounting location. I went out of my way to talk to one an account executive at Hotchkis and purchased several extra sets of these stand-offs. I will include a new set of these stand-offs with the bars. If anyone else wants a set (for instance, to use standard Energy Suspension bushings with the Addco sway bars), call Hotchkis and order part number 16810288. $300 shipped OBO.
  4. Full set of FG2s. Three of them have 28k miles, and one of the rears has about 7k miles. I bought it to replace one of the rear shocks, which seized. $350 shipped OBO. I've tested all four shocks, and they work correctly. All shocks compress and rebound smoothly with no rattling, binding, or untoward noises. Seals look good.
  5. Ground Control Coilover Conversion kit and Mighty Mouse kit with your pick of four of the following springs. $350 shipped OBO. The kit is worn, but in great working condition. The Mighty Mouse kit is missing one washer, but I replaced it with a washer from Home Depot. Extra pairs of springs can be had for $90 shipped. If you want the four progressive tender springs, I'll throw in four Eibach SPACER250s (2.50" couplers for a dual-spring setup) and four Longacre/Steele 2.50" X-Hard spring rubbers (P/N 112612).

    -- Eibach 1000.250.0550 (10" length, 2.50" ID, 550 in-lbs)
    -- Eibach 1000.250.0600 (10" length, 2.50" ID, 600 in-lbs)
    -- Eibach 1000.250.0650 (10" length, 2.50" ID, 650 in-lbs)

    -- Eibach 0800.250.0650 (8" length, 2.50" ID, 650 in-lbs)
    -- Eibach 0800.250.0700 (8" length, 2.50" ID, 700 in-lbs)
    -- Eibach 0800.250.0800 (8" length, 2.50" ID, 800 in-lbs)

    -- Eibach 0600.250.0850 (6" length, 2.50" ID, 850 in-lbs)
    -- Eibach 0600.250.0750 (6" length, 2.50" ID, 750 in-lbs)

    -- Eibach 0175.250.1300 (1.75" length, 2.50" ID, 1300 in-lbs progressive tender spring)
  6. Kent Moore J-45722 / Miller 9340 SAE fuel pump locking ring tool (thought it would work with the CTS-V, but it's too big) - $55 shipped OBO.
  7. H&R intake tube. $50 shipped OBO.
  8. Volant intake tube. Has brass Home Depot PCV return line fixture glued into it. $50 shipped OBO.
  9. Complete stock airbox, filter, side wall bracket, intake tube, and PCV return line. Has about 12,000 miles on it. $100 shipped OBO.
  10. Black LS2 fuel rail covers. Silver lettering. Modified to fit CTS-V, but driver's side still doesn't sit particularly snugly. $75 shipped OBO.
  11. Spare tire tub. Huge and bulky. $75 shipped OBO.
  12. Stock trailing arms. $50 shipped OBO.
  13. Stock toe rods. $50 shipped OBO.
  14. Stock engine blanket. $50 shipped OBO.
  15. Stock fuel pump. Has about 24,000 miles on it. $50 shipped OBO.
  16. Shifter rail bushings with new steel cores machined by PISNUOFF with better tolerances. Alternative to the Home Depot mod. $20 shipped OBO.
  17. Stock end links. $10 shipped OBO.
  18. Stock 180 degree thermostat. $10 shipped OBO.
  19. Miscellaneous OEM CTS-V suspension parts (rubber pieces and such)--ask if you need something.

Pricing is per wheel. I still need to get pictures for those.

The rear springs on the KW Variant 3's are 60mm. The Eibach springs are 2.50" (slightly larger). Several manufacturers (like Eibach and Vorshlag) sell 60mm to 2.50" adapters (example) that'll let you use them with your suspension. Depending on your ride height, you need to be aware that stiffer springs will have less preload (sag when the car rests on them), meaning that someone like me (who's very much lowered) will not be able to run a very stiff 10" rear spring. I have to buy 9" springs instead, but I'm running 896 in-lb springs in the rear and my car looks like this:
