Mine has very slight vibration if you rest your hand on it while driving down the road. It will shift back and forth depending on acceleration or deceleration. Your hand has to be on it to feel it though.
Completely normal. Remember the shifter is attached almost directly to the transmission with solid linkage. It isn't cable linkage like a FWD car.
