OK, I feel like a real dummy. My 2018 CT6 has a dual cupholder in the front center console. Retracting door on top of it. Nice looking, with metal design on the bottom. However, for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to remove the liner. No screws, and it is rubber (or something similar) and I can squeeze it, and pull it up some which proves it comes free, but something is holding it in and I don't know what. I need to clean it. Spilled stuff in it and it obviously comes out so you can wash it and clean it up.

It should lift right out. I can't think of anything that could be holding it down. It may take a little force but it lifts out. In that it is better to be safe than sorry I would take it into service and let them take a look. It is always possible that it is hung up on a wire or something.
