My 2020 CT4V has 18" Conti all season tires, since it's AWD.
In 2020, the tires are affected by the size, drive and size.
It's also good to consult the GM Order Guide, to see the various requirements + restrictions, that the
online build may not have or could have wrong. GM Online Order / Reference Guide
There are so many differences in 0-60 / 0-100 times.
For example, I clocked many times my CT4-V (Say, break-in is done, I believe it has gotten more constant since) at around 4.6/4.7 from 0 to 100km/h on average, convert to 0-60 and this would be roughly 4.5/4.6 ish, dead straight in some reviews but some average higher.
Makes me wonder if they use the Track mode with PTM in 5 + Launch control when doing their tests.
Generally the road surface and tire temperature are the biggest determinants so there is a big difference between controlled test and real world.
My 2016 Corvette Z06 will do 0-60 in 2.9 if it is on a well prepped surface with the tires up to temperature. Real world on a typical road is significantly off that mark.
I did my original build with the GM online order guide but it was nice to have that confirmed with the Cadillac site also. There have been a few occasions where the online order guide was either incorrect or changed before the actual order process was opened but in general it is a much better and more detailed source than the way it is interpreted on the individual brand sites. In my experience, Cadillac has been the worst for discrepancies between the correct GM online order guide and what is presented via their website.
