CORSA quit making quite a few catbacks for the Northstars due to lack of support. It's an iffy business venture, but worth it for the few that want a bit of an adrenaline rush every now and then.

 

Yes sir! I know this market is still brand new but its nice to get some things going for this platform and its very capable. I also have an intake created but still in the finalizing process of being made, as well as some headway on a piggyback system for max power on stock ecu parameters.

The piggyback if proven to work and configured correctly will be a game changer

 

If you manage to produce those exhaust, intake and piggyback, I will surely buy them !

My MAIN issue with the darn car is the overly quiet exhaust.

 

If you haven't already, look at the CUE options for the Modes. Sound is an option in MyMode, if you don't want to use track mode.

 

I agree! I have the catback on my car and the sound is so much better! It should have been like that from factory. The ct5-v has a nice stock sound, I don't know why the ct4-v has to be so silent.

I figured I'd let people in on the projects I have been working on with the car and have up for sale as the first person to bring parts to the market for our cars!

Give the CT4V the exhaust sound its needed since first start up with the custom 3in Stainless steel mandrel bend exhaust system! This system features whats listed above plus the following:

Stainless steel construction
Stainless steel polished resonator
Equal split stainless steel Y pipe
Retains the use of the factory Exhaust valves.
Stainless steel flex pipe also included.

I will be offering two version of this system.

The first will be a cheaper route but the buyer would need to have to get the exhaust valves welded on to the new system.

Or a more expensive system which will already include new OEM valves welded to the system snd would be a full plug and play system.

Has anyone replaced the muffler and tail pipes yet? I haven't been under the car yet, but I'm not a fan of the massive muffler under the trunk. I'd like to explore options replace it... Definitely nervous about an aftermarket muffler on a 4 cylinder

 

Any updates on this ? my 22 ct4v is definitely to quiet for me..

If you are running in Tour or Sport mode, you can alter MyMode or Vmode to have it's loudest exhaust.

im thinking of purchasing one of the 2023 ct4 v series and I really like the way yours sound what are the prices for the cheaper version and the versions with the one valves already welded.

I just got my first V!! 2020 with the 2.7L with every available option! I love this car. But with the performance (way underrated) it needs a little crack! I am thinking my first move will be (after window tint of course) a chip then exhaust. Chip this cat and get 25 and 40 out of it?!!!!! This car with 350hp and 420tq will literally FLY!! lol I am Happy I found you guys today. I knew there were some 2.7L lovers out there! Some of us just can't afford the Wing...

Just remember to post your before and after timeslips or dyno runs to confirm or deny any "performance gains". Butt dynos are guesswork only. One mod at a time, test & tune to see whether you helped or hindered performance.

"Chips" usually are a 25 cent resistor that fools IAT into sending a false air temp signal to richen the overall mixture - scam.

For PCM "tuning" you might want to contact one of our resident Tuners - look in the -V series forums or Vendor forums.
