Yeah, looks cool. I noticed that pic a while back on Lund's website...wonder when we'll get to hear a sound clip OR when someone will actually get an exhaust to try out.

Wonder how many of us V owners will buy this one? I'm betting about 50 percent...but just a guess...

The pic looks great, but who knows when that system will actually be available, and how much it will cost. The V is great, but the exhaust is too muted. A little more seat of the pants noise would be great. I have been planning on a custom exhaust. Leave the stock central resonator, remove the 2 back mufflers. Then add either 2 small glasspacks (Dynomax makes a short glasspack that will fit) or maybe just 2 resonator tips (glass packed tips) like the ones from Pace Setter.

I have been hesitant to actually make the cuts in the stock system because I am tired of the highway resonation that I got on other cars I have done. My 1991 Mustang with exhuast cutouts under the car just had too much resonation on the highway.

Anyone else experimented with the exhaust yet? If we could just get a little more exhuast noise/ffedback, and just a little smoother shifter, the car would be perfect.

Fellow V dudes. I called corsa this afternoon and talked to Jeff. Jim Browning wasnt available. The V exhaust is indeed done! The time spent was on tuning to ensure no droning. It will be available in 4-6 weeks. This due to making a mass set up for production. Jeff says he gets about 12 or so calls a day on this system. They will be selling the first ones out. I put my name on the list !​

Give Jeff a call if you have the cash. They hope for it to be under a grand.​

If you have listened to the C-5 LS-1 clips on their site, this thing barks!! Sounds like a 12 cyl Ferrari... Nice.​
