This is something I've been enjoying since my friend's wife first made it six or seven years ago. This isn't quite as awesomely insanely good as hers, but it'll more than suffice, especially since I live 2000 miles away. Its actually VERY tasty.

Fried each piece of cube steak 4 minutes on one side and 2-3 minutes on the other in vegetable oil, just enough to coat the bottom of the pan.

Gravy. Added a splash of vegetable oil, half cup of milk, a little salt, can of chicken stock, and excess flour from the prep plate to the fry grease from the meat. Whisked and rendered to taste.
Its seriously good.
