Hey everyone,
I'm lookin to add a continental kit to my 2006 DTS, but there are no kits like this for the car. I was wonderin if anyone who read this post knew of where i could have one made that wont break my bank. I was gonna add the vinatge kit to my car and i think the conti-kit would complete it. Thanks everyone.

I think that I once saw a 2000-05 DeVille with a continental kit on it. I would suspect that the same kit would work for a 2006+.

Google is your friend.
Whitney and Warchewsky (sp??) used to sell continental kits--back in 1957. $150 as I recall.
Don't forget to get yer Kentucky Go-Fasters (fender skirts), curb feelers, suicide ball for the steering wheel, and blue-dot tail light lenses. Gatta be cool. :histeric:
Had to chuckle too when I read the original post. But have to admit I do miss the look of a fender shirted Caddy.....
Back in the 50's and early 60's I used to always have the blue dots in the old Mercurys and Fords along with fender skirts on the old Mercs. :stirpot:

I also liked rolled and pleated interiors.

Here is an original photo of my first new car. No Continental kit, although of course they were available.
But definitely fender skirts and lowered in the back.
It had the 312 engine with 3 on the tree and electric overdrive.

Later I had the door handles removed and solenoids installed. The buttons were foot operated under the car doors.

I loved that car.
I would rather have had a 57 Caddie Eldorado Biarritz, but I didn't have the required funds.......
Still don't :bouncy:
Has anyone had any success in locating these diamond in the back kits. I've seen some on the 00-05 models when I had my 01' but can't find any for my 06'.

What is a... "diamond in the back kit"????

Jim
E&G classics has them. They don't show any current models, but perhaps one could be made to fit?
