A naturally aspirated engine loses 3% of his power for every 1000 ft of altitude.
The 2000 feet that's 6% of its power and a very heavy car the CTS and a very small engine 310 horsepower.
The 2017 mustang convertible I have weighs 3500 lb has a 2.3 engine 140 cubic inches and puts out 310 horsepower I forget the torque at about 20 psi boost pressure.
I've seen some of the ratings on these EcoBoost with good tires on it automatic transmissions and 0 to 60 time is 5.5 seconds. I don't know what the altitude was.
