Hi, the code 46 is always on. What to do? I bought a -93 Eldorado Touring Coupe two days ago and I don´t know anyting about the car. Is there a ODB contact ? Hope some one can tell me.

There should be a test port down under the dash, just right of the steering column.

code 46 points to a VATS - Vehicle Anti Theft System - problem

considering your location -
I recommend doing the VATS bypass -
