Just read through the forums, and found where a dirty MAF or leak can cause the Code to be thrown, but as this has happened only once in several thousand miles, should I be really concerned? The car is bone-stock now, and runs great. I cleared the code, and will see if it throws it again, but should I be very concerned on this?

~Thanks ... STF

For sure get it checked. It is saying one bank is LEAN and that it has to add 25% of fuel on that side just to make it right. It could be lots of things, but if it is under warranty make them fix it. Could be leaking exhaust, bad front o2 sensor, bad injectors, crap fuel, bad mass air meter, vacuum leak on one side, ect....

I will run it by the dealership, and see what they say. I think it might just be bad gas, I have been daily driving the car for ~4k miles in the last few months with no issues at all, and since clearing, it has happened again, which I think would happen if there was a MAF issue, or exhaust/injector problem. Will keep you all posted.

UPDATE - Called the dealership, and the first question they asked was I getting gas in SC, instead of NC. Evidently, they have had issues with the alcohol content, throwing this code with V's and ZRs in the area. He said since it was cleared, to run gas only from NC, and then if it throws again, bring it in. Knowing the car has been fine for the last few thousand miles, with no codes, I am inclined to believe this. I am getting now erratic idle, no other symptoms of air leaks, etc, so I think this will do for now. Any of you have other thoughts?
