Clock setting

Anybody know the difference in Station Time vs Vehicle Time when you are setting the clock. I figured Station Time is broadcast from the radio station and would be accurate but I find they are about two minutes behind:bonkers: . In addition if you try to set the time while in gear with the car stopped the clock will not run until the car is turned off then back on or the time is set again while in park:bulging: . This is an 05 no navigation car.
