Weather turned real cold here today, turned on climate control for heat for the first time in my just purchased 2003 Escalade AWD, but the air was ice cold even after the engine warmed up. After playing around with it for a while, I found that it will only blow warm air if I set the temperature to 90 degrees - the maximum possible, setting it even one degree lower would result in ice cold air. The external temperture sensor works fine (showing 44).
