When I sit at a light with the car in drive and my foot on the brake I hear a random clicking noise that is coming from the back of the engine. Doesn't do this in park. Anyone seen this problem before?

I have/had this issue with my Acura RL - it's in the transmission on that car. When you hear the noise, put your car in Park and see if it goes away. I change the fluid and I don't hear the noise anymore.

I had my car serviced at the dealer not too long ago and my computer says 91% life left on the trans fluid. The catalytic converters are right there and sometimes when they break up they make a similar noise. I am wondering if that is what this is now. I read that they extended the warranty on them on another post.
