3M has a kit specifically for polishing the exterior glass of the headlamp bucket. Those units are sealed against moisture intrusion so if that is the problem, it needs to be replaced. The bulbs do not play well with water.....

If it is the interior, there is nothing you can do. I've had several with condensation on the interior. Pull the assembly. Use a shop vac to draw air through the bulb holes. When it is dried out look very closely at the lense seal and use some clear silicone caulk to seal any suspect areas around the perimiter.

Humm....maybe while using the shop-vac you can dust the outside area with flour/similar and see where the problem area is? Or reverse the air and blow into the bucket/see where the 'dust' moves from...might work?!

Mine had some strange yellow blurry haze-like things that blocked the brightness of headlights.

I bought and applied the headlamp lens restorer from Autozone, but the result was not good enough to remove all of them.

After few months it got worse; especially in rainy days I could see nothing bright ahead.

I bought replacement headlamp assembly from ebay, both side, around $139 with free shipping.

The result of replacement is GREAT and now I can see everything ahead.

Is it hard to replace the headlight? Im worried about the rubber around it, is that where the moisture can get in?

The rubber around the headlamp assembly is for shock absorbing function, I guess. It will come with new assembly.

It is not a difficult job. All you have to do is figure out where the nuts are; and how to remove the side marker and turn light assembly, which are really simple. If you decide to replace the assembly, I can provide some pics which will be helpful.

Great link.
I would recommend to try those work first. Cheaper than replacing whole thing.

In my case I tried but failed to remove excessive yellowing (the picture above is the result after the work, which is slightly better than before). Finally, there were several waterdrops inside of the assembly after I drove the car.
