I replaced my heater core and my carpet was soaked in antifreeze on the passenger side. I pulled up the carpet and the foam/jute backing was completely soaked in antifreeze.

To save the carpet I removed the foam backing and cleaned up the floor (what a fun 4th of July) and back of the carpet with "tuff stuff" cleaner. Now I need foam backing for the carpet on the pass side. Can foam backing be purchased at like MENARDS and cut to fit the floor pan? Can the antifreeze be completely removed from the carpet, or will I have to replace it?

Try a carpet store for the backing. They may even have remnants that they will give you. I'm sure you can clean the carpet. Use soap and water or a carpet cleaner. Clean it good and flush it well with a garden hose, then leave it in the sun to dry all day.
