Cigarette Lights dont work

None of the Cigarette Lighters work in my 06 STS-V? What could be the problem? I cant find the fuse panel and even if i could i dont know what fuse to check?

From the owner's manual.

"The fuses are located in three fuse blocks. One is
located in the engine compartment, on the passenger’s
side of the vehicle, and the other two are located
under the rear seat on both the driver’s and passenger’s
side of the vehicle."

Thank you for the reply. I changed the fuse in the engine compartment that was blown and they all work again. Thanks
