Someone here did buy the chrome ones and put some tinted plexiglass in the foglight holes, which would be cheaper then the foglight units if you don't want to have actual functional fogs (by that I mean actually light up, and not that they add much extra light).
I hope I will have the time soon to take out the fog bezels on my car and paint them gloss black, matte black or body color (Thunder Gray). I think this car has way too much chrome going on. Probably will do the same to the fender vent. Definitely want to take it down a notch with all that chrome going on. Just my humble opinion.
I say if someone is installing fog bezels, might as well paint them while they are out of the car.
I would try to add some small Led points to these bezels like in Mercedes C class. Oem and eg bezels are shitty. Another idea is to use 3m foil on the oem fog bezels and grille blades - thinking about black or gray carbon.
Has anyone tried to covert the rear bumper on base 2014 CTS Coupe with the CTS-V Coupe version bumper/exhaust cat back system. Do you need to replace the whole bumper cover or just the lower components? It is hard to see if the lower valence is part of the whole bumper cover. Any information...
I purchased a 2014 CTS Coupe days before Christmas last year. While this is a beautiful car, for me it’s most prominent feature is the huge front grill, and the prominent ‘old school’ Cadillac emblem, framed beautifully in what looks like a chrome canon, or something from Iron Man.
I have a 2012 CTS with stock tires 235/55/r17 and I am looking to lower my car so I’m looking for low profile tires. I do not know what to look for, can someone give a helping hand...please thank you, danny
I'm sure this has been posted on here many times...but I just wanted people's thoughts and even what people have done to upgrade their CTS audio center console. I have the basic version (stock picture of console attached) but I would like to update to a touch screen dash. What's everyone's thoughts?
