I agree the settings will not let you decrease the volume any further, however, I recall the level can be slightly decreased by pressing the down-volume button while the chime is sounding.

Think they must have been sued after some driver wasn't aware his signals were on, resulting in an accident. You could turn down the volume on earlier Cads. I artfully cut a piece of cling wrap and covered the speaker reducing the volume slightly and giving me moral satisfaction. Unfortunately, the car cleaners removed it and I'm not going to give them a hard time. Get used to it.

You can't.
I live in Europe and such lawsuit is not possible
