Check oil warning

Ive been getting this warning on the dash the last few days even thou I filled the oil to the correct level on the stick. Im wondering if my issuse with the ELC is causing my problem. My ElC is causing my car to be "jacked up" in back to the max. Im not gonna fix that till the weather around here gets a little nicer . tx

Oil level sensor ................ The float and reed switch is pretty close the center line of the pan so a several degree attitude change in the car's position would have practically no effect on the sensor switch itself.
