I have a 14 performance coupe and have been running 8 1/2 x 20 on front with pirelli 245/45/20 and 10 1/2 rims with 285/35/20 on the rear. No probs with this set up. I would like to go with 9x20 w/ 255/45/20 and 305/35/20 respectively on the next set up. BF Goodrich has this with A/S tires. Anyone done this yet? Problems?
Also was curious about swapping the 3.6 for the new small block twin T V8 motor?????

I think the rears will be OK but what is the offset of the rims ? 255 is a 29" tire and I am just touching the inner wheel well (can see scrape) with a 28" in front. Is everything clearing with the 245x45R20s ? That is about .6" taller than my fronts. Also the 305x35R20s are 28.4" tall so you would be better matched keeping the 245/45R20s (28.7') in front.

I use RimsnTires to model tire and wheel sizes.

You need to drop your side walls down a size if you're going to be running 20inch wheels.

I have 20x9 up front with 265/35/20s and 20x10.5 with 295/30/20s in the rear and they fit perfectly.

If you're going over 300 width you'll have to be at about a 30 side wall or lower.
