Does anyone have a clue what Celestial Metallic will actually look like? Any similar vehicles out there? It's really hard to tell from the pictures in the order guide which I assume are photoshopped. It could be a really cool color... or meh. I'm waffling between this and Crystal White (the safer, albeit more expensive choice). Interior will be the Oxford Stone Nappa Leather, regardless.

Well I gambled and went with the Celestial. Hoping it approximates this picture, which seems to resemble the color of neighbor's Lexus. Also hoping to see it live before it's too late to make a change, lol.

Bad news is that color still haven't existed in this world, and the good news is we will have the first group of cars with such color. This uniqueness is already enough for me picked this color.

Celestial appears to be somewhat purplish, for lack of a better word. Really won't know until we see it in person. Satin Steel Metallic is a gray color.

No doubt the white is the safer choice. I can buy a a lot of things sight unseen, but I'd have to see a color with my own eyes before committing that much money. The good news is the GM white is gorgeous.

The Celestial could be, well, Celestial...

My worry is that it could just as easily be Diabolical

I went through the same issue with my Mach E. White vs. Iced blue metallic. I initially wanted the iced blue metallic, but was worried it would look too baby blue. I went with the white and am glad I did. Boring but safe.

Guppy -- All very true and there is no doubt the Cadillac Tri-Coat Crystal White is gorgeous. We have a similar "pearlescent" finish on our current Buick Enclave but kinda looking for something different. I'm hoping we'll be able to see the Celestial in person at some point before we absolutely must choose.

My current CTS is Tri-coat white. I was just looking at it while pumping gas (I sure won’t miss that) and noticed even at 6 years old it still sparkles in the sunlight. There was no other choice for me.

oh yeah and my wife said I could have any color I want as long as it’s white.

Celestial Metallic looks very similar to the Galaxy Grey Metallic for the Chevy Blazer EV. Check out the color on the show car in this video:

My wife would likely leave me if I bought a white car, then again she has driven a red Mustang most of her adult life so there is that.....

I get the wanting different part.. There is something to be said about not having the ubiquitous color. I went bold on my F-150 and got anti matter blue, and I absolutely love that my truck looks different than almost everything on the road.

Good (but bad) news is that you probably will get to see one (or at least pics) before finalizing your order. You probably know more than I do, but I know you can change it as long as you don't have your TPW (or something like that).

As far as Army goes, I thought about it. In the end I decided I have a natural aversion to hard work. You boys do the heavy lifting and we just give you a ride. 😂
