Been kicking the idea around the past few weeks of removing the center console, shifter bezel, and other thingy's to find a cure for my bordum and lay the entire piece in carbon fiber. I can do all the work myself and personally think it would look decent with a few subtle CF accents.

Is "bordum" kind of like boredom?

Could definitely be cool, but I think you would need to add some accents elsewhere in the interior (like on the door panels, for instance) to pull it together. Otherwise the CF in the console would look out of place, IMO.

Either way its spelled isn't the point. Thanks for the grammar correction.
Have english be your second language!

Anyway...gentlemen.. I did plan on laying other parts inside with carbon fiber.
Just throwing out ideas at the moment. Already laid the headliner and pillar covers in black suede..so kicking around ideas with CF. I might do other parts under the hood in it as well

Rule of thumb: Work in threes.

Waterfall accents and door-handles, for instance.

It's tough to not be overwhelming when you have as large of a center-console as the CTS does.

Waterfall accents?
My main goal as of right now is getting it repainted.
I haven't found the time to start on it at work.
I'm planning on pulling the doors, hood, deck lid off when I respray it.
