When I hit the lock button twice, the car starts automatically. Not always though. Sometimes the lights just come on but no start. I guess it's a millisecond timing.

It's weird.

Sure you're not accidentally clicking the remote start button after locking it? You do have to lock it once before it will start...

You must have an aftermarket remote starter installed. Some of them can work with the factory remote, where pressing the Lock button twice with in a set time.

Sure you're not accidentally clicking the remote start button after locking it? You do have to lock it once before it will start...
Too use to the STS with the factory remote start there sir? lol

Damnitt KOT! Caught me again! Forgot which forum I was in :)

Sorry OP, disregard my post, only applies to us with the CTS's big sister.

I already mentioned it. It's an aftermarket remote start hooked up to the "lock" wire. When you read the lock button twice with in "X seconds". It'll start the engine.
