1993 Triple Black Cadillac Allante

55,000 miles and just a few mods listed in my signature. Bumper cut outs to accomodate dual Borla exhaust done by local Cadillac paint and Body Shop. I'm considering another resonator for the exhaust system. Exhaust looks original and should have been done that way from Detroit. 2002 STS seven spoke chrome Cadillac wheels thanks to the Sandman.

Considering suspention modifications suggested by Ultra Slow. If the Northstar ever developes head gasket problems, I will time sert and remove the heads to deck, port, and polish. Can't see fixing anything til its busted.

'93 Coupe DeVille, last year for the DeVille..... now has almost 85k miles....

....mods:

K&N air filter
K&N performance filters ticker on strut tower (at LEAST 20hp, I can feel the power from the sticker in the upper rev band)
generic splash guards that look good and work real well
HID hyper white blue blah blah head lights
driver side Coupe deVille eblem on rear quarter panel now back on
stucl on gold wreaths around the door locks, looks nice
car has gold package..... nice options
ultra-rare color
custom peeling and bubbling paint on front valve cover
Nascar sticker in back window
Alpine CDA-9807 deck
Infinity 693.5i 6x9 in back.....low on funds so that is the sound system for now (stock 5 1/4" in doors and tweets in dash....actually sound good for 11 year old factory speakers)
etc.....

I love my car though, the outside is great, love the styling.....just wish it could have the interrior of....say the '96 STS soo bad, that IMO would be baddass and one hell of a car :D

These pictures were taken at the track on Aug 23rd..... I had the K&N air filter in, that was it, no splash guards or pretty lights, the car was very dirty, and the guy at the track made me go the wrong way when pulling in, so I got to baja around some water-filled mud holes, which is why the car is muddy....

.....all stock, K&N air filter, 14gallons of premium and $10 octane booster, stripped truck (no tool box, spare tire etc...) HORRIBLE launch, and i *may* have let off early..... I ran a 16.0 @ 83mph.....

I went with the GAOC (Grand Am Owners Club) this puts me about even with a new GAGT (3400 V6) although I have a good edge off the line....that was also my first time at the track, and like I said, real crappy launch, next year I hope to have nice spark plugs and wires, a FastChip computer thingy, only 3 or 4 gallons of gas, not 14 and a few other things..... then actually launch the car good. Good times though (only got to race twice)

*I have huge versions of these pictures, I just resized them, when you click them, hold the pointer over it and then click the button that pops up on the bottom right, it makes it a little bigger.

I have an '03 CTS black on pewter with every available option(had to wait 3 months because of that too).

Looks exactly like this but I added CTS emblems on the side, have a tiny deadhead sticker in the back window, and will be swapping the grill when the V comes out(will post real pics if I remember later):

Yeah right.....you hate imports :crybaby:
You have it right for the most part.

I hate the stereo type of an import.
The stupid wing, lawnmower exhaust, rims that cost more than the car did, stickers and no real performance mods. Painting the break calipers, clear tail lights all apperance mods that EVERYONE does.

What ever happened to individuality

I have much respect to those who do it right. Some of the imports i don't mind are the acura rsx, I didn't know what that was till a couple of days ago. The kid in the car inched up at a light so i punched it and he spanked me bad.

Ever since the fast and the furious came out everyone is making there car GAY like the movie. Your car is stock no hatred towards it. If you go gay ill pick on you. if you mod it in the motor then you deserve props for doing it right.

The same principal goes for american cars such as mustangs and camaros when they just do exhaust on a six and make it sound good and then put stupid stickers on it.

I'm glad they found a good home. They look great...are they holding up OK? Are you satisfied with the ride and handling?

Have a 2000 El Dorado ESC. All of 15 thousand miles on it after three years. Stock as can be. Am seriously considering selling as I'm interested in a CTS. Anyone interested? :spin:
