The 2006 CTS has an available tower brace that goes over the engine. It required a dent in the insulation for hood clearance. Can you offer that?
By dent, do you mean a relief area to accomidate the strut tower brace? If so then you would have to cut out the Underhood Insulator in that area and cover it accordingly with the material in the UHI Kit. I would think that the CTS-V UHI would already have this area relieved for the strut tower brace, so you could use that UHI. I did think the CTS and the CTS-V used the same UHI. Nevertheless, it is very easy to cut a relief area and then wrap around it...much like a light hole for an underhood light. Call for more details and advice.

Thanks, Rich
