I have a 2009 CTS 3.6 hi-output.

It's saying stabilizer control off reduced engine power.

One factor may be my trunk leaks and it was parked nose downhill last rain and water got under back seat.

Please give me some suggestions. I don't have a code reader and I a bit far to drive it with the reduced engine power.

Without codes, we can only guess what the issues are.
Could be water infiltration induced, could be a failing hub assembly...

You really need to scan the vehicle for codes.

I like the Autel Diaglink. Is available on Amazon for $88 with coupon. Get the GM module (one is free).

Should mention that for an Android device (e.g. my cell phone), Torque Pro is $5 and a BT OBD-II Elm mini dongle is $13. It can read and clear codes, display many parameters, and perform a Mode $06 test. Been using for over a decade now.

Sounds like you may have several things to fix, here is a trunk leak thread. There are several locations to address. Sunroof drains should have their drain caps removed as well, interior water intrusion is a killer of electrical systems. Not to mention just nasty.
