This might be a little early to ask, especially since it sounds like the 2008's are not even being made yet, but was wondering.. Does anyone know.. or think it will be possible... to order a 2008 HUD system to put into a 2007? Obviously this would require new dash (opening for HUD) and DIC Control panel... but if everything will be identical except for the vents and the HUD.. WHY NOT? Comments?

I had night vision on my DTS and it had a special windshield to reflect the HUD. I believe the HUD in Vettes and Caddys require a special windshield as well as the dash and projector. Maybe if you found a rear ended 2008 it might be easier and more cost effective.
