P0443 - EVAP Purge Solenoid Valve 1 Control Circuit

i pulled this code after miy "service engine soon" light came on.

how does this exactly affect my car. i cant find on the inet, what this means. its mostly people trying to sell a valve or something.

It controls the venting of fuel vapor from the evaporative emissions canister into the intake manifold for combustion.
