You'd need the head unit and all amp/speaker assemblies. You'd need a wiring diagram and would have to wire the car it's going into specifically for the system, it's different from a standard HU/speaker install.

Assuming you can fit the amp/speaker assemblies in the car, you'll end up with mediocre sound (by today's standards) and amps that are known to fail.

Honestly, you could get better sound and more features with a department store setup, with much less work.
