Can I get the Key Recall Serviced at Buick Dealership?

I need to get the key recall taken care of for my 06' DTS, however I also need my drivers side seat checked out (stuck in one position), along with possibly detecting where this oil leak is coming from. I've heard the Buick Dealership would be more reasonable than a Cadillac dealership. Any truth to that, and could I get my key taken care of at the same time?

I get all of my work done at a Buick dealer.

Both my wife's SRX and my DTS were part of the recall. I got them both done at our Buick dealership. We lost one of the three Cadillac dealerships in town (of course the one on our side of town) and I did not want to drive across town to have it done on our cars. They didn't question a thing about it.

according TO MY Cadillac dEALER THE RECAL CAN BE FIXED AT ANY GM dealer not just Bcuick and Cadillac.
