Cadillac / GM Tech in Gainesville Florida Area?

I'm new here - been visiting off and on since my parents bought a used 2004 SRX v8 RWD - I'm looking for a Caddy Tech in the Gainesville FL area as my parents were travelling back to Dallas and they are with an engine code indicating a Camshaft Position Sensor. Hoping to find someone on this forum in the area more familiar with these cars so I can get it fixed correctly for them to get back on the road.

Let me know if anyone in the area that is available tommorow morning, Saturday.

Ended up getting he car into Gainesville Cadillac / Chevy - The CPS code being thrown is a result of slack in the timing chains.

Car is running fine, but obviously will need to have chain / gear replacement, so got it on a Uhaul carrier for them to get it back to Dallas where there is an abundance of Cadillac engine rebuilders / specialty shops.

Have them double check the diagnosis. I don't think chains have been a problem on V-8s and there are other causes for those codes.

Thx - will do - getting the car back to Dallas where my father has a long time mech who has a long history of working on Cadillacs so he can look it over himself.
