Hello,

Our team has finished up the regular season and is now looking forward to the National Championship Runoffs in Topeka, KS this October. Results from the race are on MyLaps.com.

We qualified 2nd within .1 sec of the pole held by a Nissan 350Z. Rode around in 2nd for a lap or 2 before taking the lead and holding onto it through the 24 lap event. The Caddy again ran strong, with a great motor and brakes to last all day this car is truly amazing. Remember we are almost 100% stock in this class! This was our 6th National win this season, and the 3rd for the CTS-V.

Way to go!! Nice article about "Detroit Muscle."

Just curious how Gingerman rates compared to other tracks that you run. Fast, slow, technical, easy, short, long, etc..

I live in Holland (about 35 min north of South Haven) and have been to Gingerman on a few occasions. We were just messing around on a open track night. That was before I got the V.

What speed does the V top out to on the first straight?

Next event is the National Championship details at

Gingerman actually is a good tuning track more than anything, safe, has good elements, and no elevation. It has the lowest top speed of any track we go to at 107mph, but has a decently high average speed. Tracks like Road America we get up to 130mph 3 times a lap and 2 of those 3 times we get up to 140mph.

Way to rock!

Better go shine it up real purdy now so you look good on SpeedTV.

(They will still televise the Nationals, right?)
