I Have Already Replace The Radiator
Yes, I noticed that but still wonder if you are experiencing blockage. When this was done did you check the flow of the new radiator or assume that it was OK? Also, this situation might call for your cooling system to be flushed or checked for blockage elswhere. Normally you wouldn't want to flush as it introduces tap water into your system but in you case I would want to eliminate any chance of blockage in your system.
One other simple but important point is that you should pressure test you cap. Make sure it is the proper cap for your car and that it is working as designed.
When you replaced the thremostat, did you test it first to ensure that it opens and closes at the proper temp? This is easily done on your stove in a pot of water with a cooking thermometer.
