All of the buttons on the driver's door a going crazy, as in the memory set, 1, 2, and the power lock button. When I hit 1 or 2 it doesn't go to the preset but instead my seat/steering wheel/radio/etc. do something completley different. When I hit the power lock button, it moves the seats and steering wheel instead of locking/unlocking the door locks. Also, I've noticed that you've been through the N* head gasket failure. Could you describe to me the symptoms of your car right before it happened?

Do you have an aftermarket head unit in your car by chance?

When the HG went on my car it started by me just having to add coolant all the time but I wasnt seeing a leak or anything then when I was getting on the freeway or something (putting the motor under load) it would get slightly hot but would come right back down when I began to "cruise" then it began to overheat very randomly.

The best way to figure out if you have a HG problem is to get whats called a BLOCK TESTER from napa.

No my car is completley stock except for the wheels. The overheating is opposite in my car compared to what you described. It actually cools down when there is a load put on the engine.

Well do the test kit before you spend anymore money on it, if its infact not a head gasket it kinda sounds like a mucked up radiator.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Maybe the radiator is all clogged up. I think its the original one and the car has over 140K on it so its bound to happen, but then again the same thing goes for the head gaskets. I'll look into that kit for now and go from there.

So does anybody have an idea as to what could be wrong with those buttons? Chances are I'm gonna have to get in there, are the doors easy to take apart?
