Hey everyone,

Been wanting to upgrade my wheels for as long as I can remember now. I have a 2009 Black Raven CTS AWD, wondering if anyone has tried bronze rims. Im thinking of going with an AG M590 wheel, that has a matte brushed antique bronze finish but want to know if anyone else has done this before to get an idea of what it is going to look like.

Any pictures will help. Thanks again everyone!

Not a CTS, but another modern Caddy:

Do you have an example of the finish you're thinking of? Avant Garde's website only shows silver.
Thinking of going with this finish. Just concerned how it will contrast against the chrome trim.

the problem is that I have always wanted to go Black rims. but one of two things are an issue. One, I dont know how I feel about a matte black wheel against gloss black paint. Two, I can never seem to find a wheel that I like that is offered in either black chrome or gloss black finish.

Thus is what brought me to the bronze finish during my search for the perfect wheel, saw it on an audi but wanted to see it against a CTS. Also, with a real picture, not one that has a million different filters on it.

Thanks again everyone, hopefully this helps.

Why not get black rims with gloss. This way, both are glossy and would flow and blend together.

Long story short, just haven't found one that I like.

Found the above pic and fell in love with the look and contrast of a black car on bronze rims. Figured I would see if anyone has done it before.

Find a wheel you like and get it powder coated

How about going with dark chrome PVD? I went with that, but my CTS is white. But the dark chrome I think would look great on black.

Matte rims with Black Raven...I looked into gloss black and personally, it might be too much

If you want to test out the matte black rims on a black car, plasticoat them. It's cheap and you can see exactly how matte black will look. Then peel it off when you're done. No harm and it's cheap to try.
