Broken paddle shifter

I literally was just getting out of the car and broke one of the paddle shifters off. The plastic on the paddle shifter is cracked. Does anyone have instructions on replacing it. I’m assuming air bag has to come off? What else. If anyone has done it or replaced the steering wheel, please give me guidance.

You might check for aftermarket upgrades because some of those companies will also have installation instructions. S2T has them for the current generation Corvette with installation instructions but they don't sell an ATS version however the instructions for steering wheel access may help you: http://www.s2tpp.com/corvette-instructions.html

The main paddle shifter body installed within the steering wheel does look close to whats in the ATS. I will use this for reference. Thanks,

I know the 2013 ATS has titanium paddle shifters....is this still the case on the newer models? Seems stupid to make the paddles out of titanium, just to have the ends made out of breakable plastic.

The stock Corvette paddles are cheap looking plastic, I haven't replaced mine YET.

I believe they're magnesium shifters, if memory serves.

It took maybe 15 minutes tops to get it changed out and replaced. Very easy to do if anyone runs into the same issue.

I had this happen today, so mad! Could you elaborate on how you fixed it? did you do it? dealer? how much was it?
