I have a 2004 Cadillac CTS 3.6l rwd. Brake pedal is stiff when off and with engine running. Calipers, brakes, rotors, and brake booster are all brand new. What could be my problem? Btw all the calipers are bleed and full of fluid but no brakes.

Master cylinder? If you're able to bleed the brakes then I suppose the MC isn't completely bad, but maybe it's got a seal going bad or some foreign material lodged in there?

Are you sure the booster is getting vacuum? Disconnect the hose from the intake manifold to the booster while the engine is running, make sure it's pulling vacuum there.

Vacuum has great suction from the manifold when disconnected while running. Only thing I havent replaced is the master cylinder
